Scott Leslie is an educational technology researcher and open content/open network activist.
He currently works as the Manager of BCcampus Shareable Online Learning Resources, a multi-disciplinary ‘open content’ repository. Previously, Scott researched course management systems, repository and eportfolio software with Dr. Bruce Landon as part of the Western Cooperative on Educational Telecommunications’ (WCET) Edutools.info team. He was the research coordinator for educational technology at the Centre for Curriculum, Transfer and Technology (C2T2), a post-secondary system agency in British Columbia, Canada. Mr. Leslie was also the webmaster at both Mount Royal College and The Banff Centre for Continuing Education, and an instructor for the PanCanadian EdTech Summer Institute.
He holds a combined honors BA in English and Philosophy from the University of Western Ontario, and a MA in Critical and Cultural Theory from the University of Wales, College Cardiff. Scott lives in Victoria, B.C. Scott enjoys playing bass guitar, noodling with computer music programs, meditation, gardening and reading on a multitude of topics.

Myk Garn -- Dr. Myk (Mike) Garn is the Associate Director of the Educational Technology Cooperative of the Southern Regional Education Board (SREB).
The SREB was founded in 1948 as a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization that works with leaders and policymakers in 16 member states to improve pre-K through postsecondary education. The SREB Educational Technology Cooperative provides information and analysis on the potential impact of educational technology to guide schools, colleges, state education agencies, and legislative policy makers as they create and expand effective uses of technology. Myk also leads the SREB’s Sharable Content Object Repositories for Education (SCORE) initiative which links repository projects across the SREB region. Dr. Garn received his B.A. in Photography from Brooks Institute, an M.A. in Educational System Design from Michigan State University, and a Ph.D. in Educational Policy Evaluation from the University of Kentucky.

David Wiley -- Dr. David Wiley is Associate Professor of Instructional Psychology and Technology at Brigham Young University, Chief Openness Officer of Flat World Knowledge, and Founder of the Open High School of Utah.
He was formerly Associate Professor of Instructional Technology and Director of the Center for Open and Sustainable Learning at Utah State University. David has been a Nonresident Fellow at the Center for Internet and Society at Stanford Law School, a Visiting Scholar at the Open University of the Netherlands, and a recipient of the US National Science Foundation's CAREER grant. David is also the Founder of OpenContent.org and was recently named one of the 100 Most Creative People in Business. His career is dedicated to increasing access to educational opportunity for everyone around the world. David lives in Utah with his incredible wife and five awesome children.
